  Private groups is a must with so many applications. Letting group admins invite select people into a group.

  Please- Groups can be used for the networks moderators and admins to work out the issues that the whole of the network does not need to see being hashed out.
  To have a group where everyone can communicate is a lot more efficient and easy than sending a dozen emails around.
